Customer case: Digitalization of training management at the Univers des Langues


The Univers des Langues of Nantes is part of a network of training centers existing since 1993, specializing in the accelerated learning of LANGUAGES.

Anne-Laure Paris took over the company in January 2020. She is director of the Univers des Langues Language Center in Nantes.

In January 2020 the entire company ran 100% on paper, there were paper archives everywhere, nothing was computerized.

With the 1AND confinement, it was necessary to start digitalization, both for trainees and in the field of training management.

They took this period as an opportunity to reinvent themselves!

What were the daily difficulties?

With administration handled on paper and Excel files, a lot of time was wasted.

Furthermore, this whole process did not lend itself well to distance learning for their training.
