Areas of application of partition programs
Partition programs are needed if you have to change the existing structure of a hard drive, for example to install another operating system, separate user data from the Windows partition or to enter temporary files such as browser cache, outsourcing files and folder on your partition. Windows has learned the management of the data carrier over the years, but it is not yet very flexible, for example, it can reduce half of the existing partitions and also offers little ease of use.

What are the partitions and dynamic data carriers?
A hard drive in MBR mode (main boat record) on Windows systems is generally divided into primary and expanded partitions. While the primary partition absorbs a unit (usually the start unit), the logical units must first be created in the extensive partition to use the space in it. The number of partitions is limited to 4 to mbr.
On the contrary, the most recent systems with UEFI are based on the GPT data carriers and replace the limited MBR system by expanding the number of partitions in Windows to 128.
Dynamic data carriers are basically files managed by Windows and Hard Drove and contain volumes instead of partitions. These data operators are often used for virtual machines.

For this test we would like to reduce the data partition to install another operating system in the open space.
To do this, we first reduced the data partitone of about 100 GB. This is very comfortable with the Easeus partition master by selecting the partition and therefore the partition can simply attract the «smaller» partition. If you want, you can also insert numerical values.
In the next step we move the data partition to the right, so that the free space is before the data partition. In our case, this is necessary, since the partition with the data is in an extensive partition as a logical unit, but we want to install the new operating system in a primary partition, which inevitably must be before the extended partition.
In this free area we can therefore create a new primary partition. The partition master also takes into account the orientation of the partition sectors, so that it cannot be expected with scare for performance with incorrect alignment. A suitable assistant to adapt it subsequently to data carriers is available in the assistant menu.
All operations are initially not performed, but are marked as exceptional and simulated. Only when you click on the «hook» in the upper part of the buttons bar will all «exceptional operations» activities be performed.
In the finished result, the new operating system can now be created in this partition.

On the other hand, the electronics of an SSD does not however distribute the consistent data on the memory of the flash, since the storage cells have a limited duration only during writing and the storage cells are uniformly entrusted through distribution through electronics.

The professional edition of Easeus Partition Master, which costs 55 euros and can also be used commercially, offers a means of emergency on headquarters in Windows PE, from which the system can also be started without performing the operating system and therefore the carries of existing data processed.
